Now then chaps.

How do I wire underfloor heating.

A: New ring or radial with a spur for each room ?
B: Spur off from ring main ?

If electric heatmat, foilmat type then a spur with FCU from ring main is fine, according to instructions i have seen. Any idea of the heat rating in kW? Manufacturer?

And not forgetting 30mA rcd protection and a suggested limit of 7.5kW per single phase circuit.

A record drawing of the installation should also be produced in accordance with section 753 of BS7671:2008.
