Not really a CENTRAL Heating problem but heating none the less.
I have a customer who has Unidare storage heaters installed in her property. The one in the hall doesn't seem to be giving out any heat despite no changes to the controls recently leading me to believe that something is a miss.
It is on the E7 supply and I've checked the supply to the unit is ok.
I've also checked the voltage at the base of all three elements and there is 240V to each element.
I figured that if the voltage is there surely the elements should be heating up thus the elements are faulty, but I'm now doubting myself after reading threads about other storage heaters pointing in the direction of the thermostat being the cause.
Has anyone had any experience with these as it's the first time I've had to fault find on them.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
