USB thermal camera for laptop

Hello, I'm looking for an USB thermal camera to connect it and stream the image to my laptop. Most of the products I've seen on the Internet are made for smartphones (USB C/Apple Lightning) and I'm not sure If they would work connected to a laptop using an USB A male to USB C female adapter for the camera. Do you have some information regarding this?

I have a seek usb C thermal camera but never tried it on a pc is It a windows laptop or MacBook you have?
I think I have a A to C adapter I could try when I get home

I have both Windows and Mac but I'm using Windows for the camera. Let me know if you tried it and if it works.
