What is missing from all of these pictures? All taken at the same job.

1. This is the main incoming isolation board:-

4. What's the fault in this picture of the main earth terminal (earth bar for the full installation)?

Correct on pic 2 & 3 there is no isolation switches therefore no way to turn off the full board/s.

Is there any damage that you can see in picture 4????

On the 5th earth cable to conductor is showing.

thats what i thought either that or black insulation tape also it's solid green should be 30/70 yellow green, white earth cable as well?
