I use easycert and find it really good, I don't do Domestic but the certs are on it, it also as all the fire and emergency lighting certs.
 
I'm currently using the online NICEIC web application but it's fairly clunky and doesn't do many cross-checks (yet). I used to use Easy Cert but they pi55ed me off when they told me I had to pay a full licence for installing it onto a new computer ... so I dumped it (though in my book it's easily the best system)
