Neff oven trips rcd every few weeks at about 5pm…tea time, when oven set to high temp.and temp. rising,..not sure if set temp. has been reached.
The rcd can be immediately reset and oven will stay on,..for another few weeks?
help required

We have a Neff oven which also trips the Rcd from time to time but when we turn it off after using the oven. The second you turn the dial to off , it trips the Rcd. Not every time just some times

Very odd

Well that can be annoying, if it’s on its own RCBO, or an absolute nuisance if RCD feeding other circuits.
If that is the case, it’s maybe just close to its trip limit with other things plugged in….

An earth leakage clamp meter could measure the “normal” leakage current, and rcd ramp test to find where that RCD trips at. Says 30mA, but can be lower than that.
