working abroad

i have been looking into doing some work abroad in cyprus after meeting a hotel owner over there who wanted to hire qualified english tradesmen. i currently have my C&G level 2 and level 3, part-P, 17th regs, 2391, 2377 and am an NICEIC approved contractor. would that make me legit to work over there? or are there separate qualifications needed to work in europe?

You should be ok to do private work in Cyprus as it is a former British Colony.
I worked over there on a Government job but from what i can remember the whole island worked to bs 7671.
