Discuss 2 x sockets : EICR . What would you code . Then another question ! in the Periodic Inspection Reporting & Certification area at ElectriciansForums.net

I think you're trolling. All

Ok...Council demanded landlord gets second EICR . First one "drive by" less than 20 mins no use of a MFT etc etc .Tenant get Council environmental health involved . They turn up .....Try reading the whole post ! Its a report of "Condition as found " Then codes get issued , customer say fix as required , Then Clean bill of health given
20mins. Woow.. he must be super mans brother.šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

Update .... Council Environmental inspector came and showed concerns and said it still remains a NEICIC matter but its still the "Local Authority" who prosecute etc etc . He also noted some other issues that made the management company worry ! SO , today I hear back from NEICIC . Their main concern is they cannot locate the company V the Registration number . So thats not a good start for the Electrician ! The photos of the burnt sockets also have been mentioned and "past up the line " . So far so good .
