277 volt Y system lighting circuit. A string of lights out in a hallway. Have 277 to ground on both my hot and my neutral. Have only 15 volts between my 277 hot and 277 neutral. This was discovered Friday afternoon, Co. does not pay OT so its my unwanted challenge for Monday. Will look at prints and try to ID the breaker. Then put on my electrical detective cap. (Lesson-A pocket proximity tester is ok for presence of voltage at the lamp holders, but not amount of volts to the fixtures, for that need a multimeter.)
