Hi guys, bit of a strange one, ive got to test a 3 phase conveyor system tomorrow, our Austrian side of the company have sent me a sheet to input my readings into but there is one thing on there I don't understand. 1) it asks for measurement earthing of neutral, it then goes on to say..Corresponding EN 60204-1, item 18, the loop resistor (ZSchl) and the release current (IK) is measured at the consumer most remote per string,
The measurement must be carried out al all 230/400 V outlets in operation, for this purpose the function ZSchl is set at the GMC Profitest 0100 S and is measured between mains lead and protection conductor.... can anyone illiterate on this.. does it just mean the Zs values? cheers in advance

its hard work communicating with them sometimes so thought I would ask on here as I don't test often and wondered if it ment anything to anyone.
