3kw shower!

Clutching at straws here methinks but I promised a client I'd do my best.
Scenario is a stable block being knocked down and rebuilt with the existing supply definately not being replaced. The client has asked if a shower head on a long hose is possible so that horses and dogs can be washed down with lukewarm water.With the other gear being installed the existing supply is only able to manage 3kw for the possible shower. Hot tanks and immersion heaters and other options have already been suggested and binned on cost grounds,which really only leaves the idea of a mains water electric shower with an extra long hose of max rating 3kw.
Anyone know of such a thing?

I wonder if it's on a 1.5mm or 2.5mm final circuit

And a TT system with a Rcd (the readings not good enough for a Mcb)

They are also unlikely to be suitable for the situation.
Have they given notice to the local Water co. of the proposed works?
They'll assess what is required.

Failure to notify can have implications for the owner AND anyone installing showers, water heaters etc,

It's also going to be on a TNCS supply with no RCD.

Joking of course. At the moment it is just being considered. If it happens along those lines it will be installed by a plumber who will be responsible for water considerations.
