under 16th edition you had to supplimentary bond which required a link from the lighting to an electric shower are you getting confused with this CJ , unlike you mate
As the bathroom is classed as a special zone the bonding in the area is suplementary bonding and should be kept within it's equipotential zone, so the bonding if any should be from pipes that need it to the electrical equipment inside the room, where the CPC takes it back to the MET.
As now with Regulation 701.415.2 there is a case for not having any bonding at all if you adhere to regulation. IMO it is still best to ensure that any metal work in the area is in fact an extraneous conductive part as often now bathrooms are done in plastice pipes and fittings.
