A Q about minor work cert???!!!

Hi everyone, im new in the electrical field.
the scenario is someone asked me to reconnect main ins a RCD wires. but he asked for certificate for that.
I only reconnected to wires. I did take Ze,Zs for 2 breakers after the RCD, RCD tests, Main Bonding, Main cutout, earth arrangement details, but Q is: is there anything else needed to test? or what else needed to be done?

There was some how the live and neutral into the RCD was removed and isolated, by whom I don kno, however the landlord asked me to put them back into the RCD, which I did.
As I mentioned above I did do sort of related test, but I didnt touch the any circuit, so tested everything was fine. however I dont kno what to put in the comments?????

This still doesn't make it clear what you have done! What L and N are they? What is the RCD for? Why were they disconnected? Is this RCD serving one final circuit or an entire installation?

Sort of related tests are no good, you need to carry out and record the results of all necessary tests to ensure that everything you have worked on is safe.

Still no answer to post 4 the op is classed as an electrical wisher what ever that means, I wish I was a brain surgeon and all that goes with it, can't post a decent reply until the op comes clean and tells us his status
