This reminds me of an rewire I did early last year. Chap presented me with with a folder with certs/paperwork for probably every bit of wiring done, including the original installation in the 60's. Last cert was from late 90's. I was very impressed, not often you see this. Mind you, the old boy had lived there since the house was built!

Nice one Des , i used to get some funny looks investigating fires when i asked if they'd got an electric shower and a teenage daughter that spent an hour in there !
