If 3 apprentices sat the exam, then they have been sent by their employers and not by the local college. The employers of these 3, are just as brainwashed as you are.

Regardless of whether C+G have made it into an exam, to get more money from gullable people - it is still a regulation. All you need to do is register with Elecsa or the NIC and you'll have 'part-pee'.
