Advice on outdoor lighting setup

Evening All,

Just looking for a bit of advice on what I would assume is a fairly straight forward domestic lighting setup?

I'm looking to install two outdoor lights at the front of the house. I want these these lights to work in tandem, and come on automatically when it gets dark so I assume I need a dusk/dawn sensor. I then want the lights to turn off at 11pm, and switch to being triggered by a PIR sensor until it's dawn, then off until dusk again. It would be nice to be able to manually override this and switch everything off if we're away from property for a period of time.

Anything else I need to consider here? Is this sort of setup fairly simple for a professional? Any recommendations on switches/sensors etc?

simple job for a sparky. timer and photocell for the lights to come on from,say,4pm to 11pm but only if it's darkish: PIR to activate on sensing motion, independently of timer: On/Off isolator to disable: manual override switch for manual operation. Can also add smart control to switch from cellphone, with cameras for security.

I have a similar requirement, but I've gone down the smart home route. I know it's more expensive, but as we move towards more and more home automation, these things will become commplace. My solution was to pair a philips hue outdoor motion sensor with my samsung hub and then have smart GU10 bulbs in my outdoor lights. That way I can avoid having an unsightly PIR sensor (personal choice) visible on the light fitting and I can use the motion sensor to trigger a number of things and can program a multitude of IFTTT scenarios.
