It appears to be an Infineon part, digikey (https://www.digikey.com/products/en?keywords=IPI60R099CP) has a similar part but the package is different, RS have it in the same package (MOSFETs | MOSFET Transistors | RS Components - https://uk.rs-online.com/web/c/semiconductors/discrete-semiconductors/mosfets/?searchTerm=IPI60R099CP). As for whether these particular variants are an exact match, I can't say.
