Today I got results back from my college and I completed my AM2 with a 98.4% pass mark ? Absolutely gobsmacked! Thanks to everyone on this forum who helped me with my previous posts. If you are preparing for it feel free to ask me any questions and I’d be more than happy to help ?

Hi, sorry I am abit late, Congratulations on passing! I have mine in 2 weeks and am still pretty nervous about it. I am an electrical maintenance apprentice for the NHS and do not get alot of experience with the things included in the am2. My biggest worry is the testing and the fault finding. I know the test sequence and everything and know abit about fault finding. Is there any resources that you used to help revise for it or do you have any tips that would help me during the exam? I know they worry about the safety the most. I'm abit confused with the live testing, to do most of the live tests you need to have the cover off of the DB whilst it being live, how do you do this when they worry so much about the safety aspect. I would greatly appreciate any sort of help from you. Thanks
