Greetings everyone. Im posting here in the hope that someone out there could do with help a few days a week.
Im starting a course with Morris services in kingswood in a couple of weeks. 15 weeks , 2 days a week ( course details below ). Following the course ill have to complete a portfollio in order to qualify for a NVQ level 3. In order to complete the portfolio i have to work for a qualified electrician but there is no obligation to help me finish the portfolio i just need the opportunity to gain the practical experience ill need!
I work full time shifts as a firefighter so idealy id like 1 - 3 days a week but i can of course be flexible.
Cheers Guys!

why not contact some of the big contractors in the Bristol area who do the large installs on new developments. Jeffway come to mind. they always look to get an extra pair of hands cheap or free and you can use your fire safety knowledge and skills to tick a few boxes for them.
You could work with one man outfits but it all comes down to what you need for this domestic nvq3.

Hey Simon, it's been said before and I used this method of putting an A5 well worded card up in all the local, to you, electrical wholesalers. All you need is one to need those extra hands for a rewire or project and you are in.
I attached a strip of my phone numbers to the bottom so they don't have to work to hard and write the number down (most will take photo)
Make sure it is succinct, no waffle, writing as large as allows. Sticky foam pads and get permission saying that you'll open a trade account when you qualify. I did and I did!
