Hi what cable make and size would be needed for hikvision cctv cameras 2.8mm model number DS2CE72KF3T-E

Cable bnc and 12volt supply, plus what type of Dvr or nvr.

its over 100meters so RG59 is not an option what cable would you

You will probably be able to use a longer cable than recommended by the manufacturer, but you would have to try it before doing a permanent install.
 
They're not power over co-ax are they, in my opinion never do it this way. I don't mind co-ax CCTV, the picture is just as good as the POE cameras but I would always run separate 12V power to cameras (even the POC cameras have a separate 12V connection. The one and only time I tried POC I had nothing but trouble with the cameras losing connection, you just need the slightest movement on the BNC plug and the camera goes off and re-sets itself constantly.
 
I would expect a good quality rg6 to be more than adequate. Ran one once over 500M with CT125 cable.
