Extra "circuit details and test results" sheets, for use with the EIC and EICR forms (if you have more than 14 circuits, or more than one DB) based on the IET Model Forms, for BS7671:2018 + A2:2022 (18th Edition, Amendment 2). Fill out the form using (the free) Adobe Acrobat Reader, then sign digitally and print/send off.

Nice one Steve any idea once filled out how to make it no longer editable when given out to client ? Without paying for adobe acrobat account?

If you print it to a PDF file it will no longer be editable. Click on Print, select PDF, select where you want to save it to.
