Any one use the above? I've noticed a few members like the click range. Ive had two failures straight out the box today, 1g2w switches where the earth terminal screw just rattles around and becomes loose it's like the hole is to big for the screw.

I think I have had one item I had to replace, but I cannot remember why, it was not loose screws.
I have had some where the screws have fallen out in transit but they are still in the packaging.
I do remember being called back to a house where I had fitted some because they were getting shocks off the metal and I found they had wired in a another circuit without a neutral and it was raising the potential on the earth! Phew!
Just remembered why I had to change one, oh dear, I bought a DP one instead of a Intermediate, better not admit that on open forum... oops.:dead:

Kew have not made their way up to me yet.

Click
M2
Proteus

All asking for problems if you use any of those

I've not used Click Deco, but I've used plenty of Click Mode and only ever had one failed fan isolator.

Kew are also my choice of wholesaler due to excellent customer service.

Yeah I agree. They come out this morning to drop of some 2nd fix kits and I forgot to add some plaster board fixings and some long 3.5 socket screws on the order and the driver went and got them and dropped them back....about a 30mile round trip each time.

I only use Click (Mode/Deco/Minigrid), I have never had any problems, that's in four years of using their stuff. Worst big brand accessories I have ever used were MK, terrible.

Yeah I am liking them too. Last 3 kitchen fits I have used BG nexus chrome and it ends up a really nice finish.

I did have some problems when BG let down my wholesalers with some grid gear though.... sent the wrong stuff, caused delays, customer not happy etc...... but the BG rep sent her apologies through my wholesaler and the 11 accessories for my current kitchen fit came to me FOC.

Glennsparks rang me yesterday. He's just fitted a BG 10 way dual RCD CU, fully populated, metal case, £60+VAT. He says he's well impressed with it.

That's a good price, but after having had issues and failures with MCBs and RCDs when I have previously installed BG gear, I'll be staying away. I'm now getting prices of £85 + VAT for Hager which is my preferred brand.
