Should the framework for my garage door be bonded? It is just controlled manually, it's non-electric. The framework is just bolted to the blockwork? Pictures below.

generally not, but test it. IR tester and wander lead from door frame to MET. if it reads over 22Kohms, then don't bond.
 
If it's not part of the electrical system or extraneous then no. Simples.

It looks like you left your hex key on the floor.....

Again thanks, will do IR test to see if it's extraneous & the hex key has been picked up already but good observation. :smiley2:
