hi, everyone.
i need some helpful advice, my planer thicknesser has stopped working.
i noticed that one of the capacitors had sort of melted so got the information off the side and ordered a new one.
i bought a slightly higher replacement as i know that you should never use a lower spec one.
there is another capacitor on the other side of the motor but that one looks undamaged.
i have replaced it now and power is restored to the motor again, but when i try to start it it keeps blowing the 13amp fuse in the plug.
does anyone know whats going wrong.
thanks.

Motor capacitors should be replaced like for like, slightly bigger is not a good thing in this instance
