RCD could be faulty, but as I said it tested fine without gas bonding but not at all with!? I'll swap RCDs round tomorrow.

Dont know if vavles are open or shut. Ill check tomorrow.

If the push button test isn't working, and you've connected it correctly then there's no "could be" about it at all...
You didn't IR test it did you?

If either of the isolators are shut, the water will not circulate through the radiators. The boiler will therefore not fire up.
