all wrong.... too fiddly. twin blade wall chaser top to bottom. remove the 1" wide P/B strip. replace with 1" minitrunking ( cable inside) then a quick gob of filler down the front.

Ideal industries do a flexible drill bit at 1mtr long and there are extensions too so you can make it longer.
