Help needed re cable

Hi,

I am new here and am not an electrician, just looking for some advise.

This arrived to day-
Next Level Racing Motion Platform V3 | Next Level Racing - http://www.nextlevelracing.com/products/next-level-racing-motion-platform-v3/

The power cable supplied is a kettle lead to 2 pin, it has these markings-
LP-34A
16 'over' 250

I tried running the device on a 5A and 13A fused three pin kettle lead, the motion platform powers up and runs for about 30 seconds then cuts out.

I urgently need to source the right power lead to test the motion platform can anyone advise me what to buy please?

This is for use in UK, standard domestic setting.

The supply should be ok as it states 110-230v and is rated at 1amp, I suggest you take the correct route here and contact your point of sale or make a general enquiry to the companies support team.

OK will do I did pop into my local DIY store and also CEF and they didn't know im amazed its this complicated!

Post up a picture of the lead showing both ends

The site is in the USA its possible you have a USA lead (my son has a similar seat it came supplied with 3 leads)
