Hi, could do with some help please. I installed a Accenta G4 Mini alarm system with x3 LED keypads about 4 years ago which has been working fine.
About 2 months ago the garage keypad speaker stopped working however the keypad still worked fine for setting/unsettling. About 1 week ago another keypad speaker stopped working but the same the alarm operated fine and when when the keypad operated you could hear the keypress tones on the last remaining keypad which was working fine.
I suspected the keypads had failed which I changed yesterday along with the backup battery as it was 4 years old. The 2 new pads work but still no speaker operation?
Is there a way to silence the keypads? I have checked manual and online and cannot find anything, If it was the main board guessing the 3rd keypad would be silent aswell?
Any ideas?
