Hi all,
I've come back from a 5 day holiday to no hot water, and the Horstman Electronic 7 controller on (LCD display working) but the neon indicator does not turn on during off-peak hours or when the boost button is pressed.
It's looking like it's going to be a couple weeks until I'm able to get someone out to have a look, so I was hoping I might get some guidance on any next steps in the meantime.
I've tried resetting the unit by holding the boost, select, plus and minus buttons. I've also tried turning it off and on at the wall.
I've tried putting in timed boost timings but to no prevail.
