Hello everyone! Does anybody know how this 3 cables from loft has been pulled down to first and ground floor,if the coming through 3 holes in the wall.?Is there any specific method of pulling wires?Please help. Thank you very much.

could even be aerial/satellite cables. out and up to the roof. where's me crystal ball?
 
Could be next doors' loft conversion has very reasonable heating and lighting costs...
 
stitch drilled out a brick up top and a brick down low then dropped down cavity. use a mortar gun when reinstalling the bricks. not a great installation method as you can't support the cable throughout its length

The Sparky must have been blind pulling his wires like that
 
It's going to be pretty difficult to be certain without actually being there. Can you see anything else under that insulation? Do they disappear into a flat tube behind the plasterboard in the room below? Can you try a cable tracer? Can you access the flat below and see what accessories are in line with them further down? Lets just say maybe you are correct, never mind that old tosh about cable support, just be grateful you have got down a cavity and not destroyed the clients house in the process. Geez
 
Not ideal in the cavity, but if there's no alternative. Daz
 
I just find out that there is some plastic covers between stairs, can wires be understairs and go in to the flat?
