It'll be a link building spammer who so far hasn't posted enough to be allowed links so they will be testing to see how many it takes until links are allowed and then all their posts from then on with include lots of links.

I tend to keep them on a short lead and boot them when they show that they're just Bangladeshi link builders for SEO.
