Discuss Megger MFT17XX Product Demonstration in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net

gave you a thanks for that. no use to me as i use a 1553, but it's a useful post.

Thanks Tel. Well it's a thread that always pops up, and it's not always easy to get your hands on a tester to see it working before making a purchase, so hopefully it will help.

Agreed - the 1553 is/was a great tester, it saw me through my apprenticeship and I do miss it!

bought mine from MDJ when my 1552 went ---- up on low ohms.

Thanks for this. There was a video before on the 17xx series, is this a new one? Will have a watch of it when I get time tonight.

Megger did release a demo video when the first MFT17XX's were released almost 2 years ago - this is probably the one that you are referring to? This new video is retrospect to the firmware upgrades that have been applied since the first release.
