Hi guys, Up until 4 weeks ago i was the only nic supervisor for a large contractors firm. I used to inspect work and sign off 20-30 electricians test sheets. But i fell out with my boss and he wanted me back on the tools on price work. He has no intesntion of getting another supervisor and just wants me to sign all the work off for hourly rate for however long it takes me to sign the sheets, so if im lucky ill get £24:eek:. I dont want to do it any more but if i say no i feel ill lose my job. Any ideas ?????

Only you can decide if you feel that you are being 'used' by your boss.

In today's climate, unless you have another job lined up, maybe best to carry on for the time being?
