Senior moment would you just fill in the Rcd section when fitting a RCBO

Er, actually you'd be filling in the overcurrent section as well for an RCBO. Otherwise there'd be no record of the current rating and overcurrent curve for the device.
 
That is correct although I would just quote 61009 to the left without all the other details, they go to the right as you have done.
