Electraform has been my software of choice for a while.
What attracted me originally was that I could try it out for a low cost.
You can still have NICEIC logo and scheme number on it.

@Sparky's Auntie - do you mean Part P notification or just a paper certificate? The former is a mafia style stitch-up, the latter you can make up yourself (absolutely nothing to prevent anyone simply copying the forms in the reg books, that's what they're there for). As Tim says, Electraform is pretty reasonable and once you get into the swing of it not as clunky as it first seems.
