What is everyones take on a having a suplly for a fridge and smoke alarms on separate MCB's (6a) and not on an rcd.

I was trying to find something in the OSG. All I could find was about smoke alarms if on same circuit as lights must have away to isolate them without affecting the lights. So I thought wire them on the non RCD side and the fridge.

Some advice on this front be appreciated.

cheers

fridge would have to be surface wired and either on a FCU or the socket clearly marked "FRIGE USE ONLY" or you could use some of that new earthed cable that gets around the 50mm rule

Smokes ok on MCB provided cables aren't concealed in a wall.
