That's all well and good on your own home but Solicitors around my way are insisting on Part P certs with a sale.

As far as im aware you can sell a house in any condition and with whatever paperwork you like. I cant imagine most soliciters on seeing and EIC would bother checking if the work was notified. I may be wrong of course
