rcd test button probs

Installed under floor heating connected to a rcd socket turned it on floor warms up but test button keeps popping. Dont know what rating the floor is never done any floor heating before and prat that done it has thrown all the gear away. Any rough guesses what size rcd socket needed and how do I test the socket just in case thats faulty? Cheers guys

first thing to do is IR test the heating element.

Then plug your mft into the socket and test RCD part of socket including ramp test.

Why have you connected underfloor heating to a RCD socket?

Then try and find out where the screw/nail is through it.
