How do i access the earth rod to service it, where abouts will it be located and does a tt system have upfront rcds which will be probably in another enclosure?

All depends on the particular installation. Impossible to say without seeing it. Can you see which way thr earth conductor goes, and then have a search round the outside of the property?

Try and put some pic on here for the consumer unit near the Dno board.
