Been humming and hawing about this new laser as my dewalt SW80 sometimes does not switch on and getting unreliable (justification justification) so got this.
Bosch GCL2-50CG Cross Line Laser Green Line Laser - https://www.powertoolsuk.co.uk/bosch-gcl2-50cg-cross-line-laser-level.html
Just did a 60m² warehouse in conduit with it and I must say very good. The laser line is clearer and reaches further. It has blue tooth controls which is handy as touching the laser level can sometimes jog it out of position. Boy things have moved on since I last bought a laser level. It also has a red spot laser up and down which no doubt I can think of clever things to with. Two batteries with charger and USB charger and some nifty holders and tweak handles for precise lining up. In all quite good so far. £246 with VAT. I always feel a bit guilty after buying things so confession is good for the soul. And I am a pikey as well and tend to think about it for several months before spontaneous random purchase.

was also considering a laser gadget but there's still chalk in my stringline. it never fails, don't need batteries, and no scroat of a plumber will nick it.

I won't be left out - I bought a hammer this week. A bit lame I know, but it does have a red handle, so it goes much faster...

just about to order a spare battery for my aldi sds. don't laff. it's 18V, lightweight for using up a ladder, and at £50 not too many tears if I drop it.

You need to put a minion back in your avatar @buzzlightyear , then people give a concession for what you post! It works every time!
