Hi All

Not bought an LED floodlight for a while, looking for a mid priced recommendation has anyone any recent experiences fitting either the Screwfix LAP or Luceco brands or the LEDlite from TLC? Thanks.

How far do the remotes go? I have had so many problems with floodlights in the past I now like buying them from somewhere local so when they go wrong I can take them in and get them replaced immediately. I have had a couple of LAP ones up which have caused no issues at all but the Luceco seem to get good reviews and are pre wired.

I buy the Luceco from my local wholesalers but toolstation and screwfix do them so they are widespread... they are from the same stable as BG products. Like I say, a good budget product for domestic installations, but don't expect anything fancy.

Needs to light two car length driveway, the job is a stones throw from me so will fit one to see what they are like, have warned the customer that floodlights in that price range are about as predictable as women so he know what to expect!:)
