Hi there,

Iv been asked to wire a house that has been inported from sweden and is mostly wooden,, is there any special requirements apart from the holes and notches in joists etc ..30ma rcd protection all circuits ,, am i missing anything as the structure is obviously higher risk in the fire departmemt ,,:rolleyes: any help would be grateful

Seeing as no-one is biting- I'd say there aren't any special regs. I've done a couple of buildings which were pre built in the same way, I cant remember anything unusual about them. Presumably it is just wooden framed, then plasterboarded?
If it has wooden panels/ceilings then you have to be carefull about light fittings, or other items and accesories which produce heat.
You'll probably need a lot of wood bits though:D
