If you are the Qualified Supervisor for the Nic should you and can you sign both: INSPECTION, TESTING AND ASSESSMENT BY: and REPORT REVIEWED AND CONFIRMED BY: sections of the certificates?

If you are the QS of a company with emplyees supposedly doing the testing,they sign the first part and you as the QS sign that you have reviewed the form
If you are the QS of a one man band or the QS who carried out the test,you can sign as both

Yes if your the Q/S & PDH you can sign both.

i'm QS for our company and i do every bit of the testing, so i sign both and the NIC is happy with that.
