Of course you can, it's a free country, you can sign whatever you like, but do remember that you become liable for the standard of the installation and at a minimum would do a thorough EICR, I would also check with your public liability insurer that they are happy for you to do that.Hi, if I’m qualified JIB gold and wanted to sign off someone’s work and certify it for say a landlord can I?
