Not sure about uilt in keypad one, but there maybe a tamper (separate to the zones one Telectrix mentioned) for extra keypads, they have their own tamper.

But not sure as always fitted G4's with a separate keypad.

Its a process of elimination.

good luck!

start with the obvious. link out the global tamper and see if it clears. if not, link out A and T ( 0V and tamper return) to eliminate the bell. then check to see if you've blown a fuse on the board. this could be a cause ( using the tamper light to show there's something wrong that the panel don't have a light for). then, in future use gardtec eurosec panels. far superior and with LCD display.

I'm not back on the job until Monday but have plenty of solutions to try. I didn't know how to eliminate the bell, its the only thing I haven't tried. Looked at all the fuses & they seem ok. I'll update you when its working (!). Thanks again.

10 - 1 it's the bell tamper switch not making. some need the arm bending. on most modern bell boxes, the tamper switch makes on the wall behind the box as well as on the cover.

Forget the zones and go back to basics you need to link out 3 connections RKP tamper panel tamper and sounder tamper

Take the cables out and put the links in press the panel spring in and reset the panel once reset release the spring alarm will sound then silence it.

Get a multimeter set it to ohms then measure the keypad tamper from the panel if this is open circuit (good chance) then go adjust the spring in the RKP measure again get a closed circuit then remove RKP tamper link in the panel and connect it up.
Again press the spring and reset the tamper and do the same with the circuit tampers and sounder tampers.

YES I know there is an easier way but this way teaches you via a step by step procedure after that then read my so you want to install intruder alarms post in the alarm section

Well here is an update for all concerned/bothered/interested. The alarm is finally working!! I linked out the A & T for the bell box and this cleared the fault. The reason for the tamper was the spring on the BACK of the bell box not touching the wall. I didn't even know the bloody things had one on the back! Following this, I reconnected every zone one by one to make sure there were no other faults.Thank you to all that took the time to post & help out, much appreciated. CHEERS! :D
