Doing some work in a small extention soon,toilet and handbasin room only, light ,fan and customer wants a electric towel rail installing,i intend to fit a fcu to supply this inside the toilet room below the towel rail...im sure this will comply with building regs,as it isnt classed as a bathroom..true?
