Hi, I am a spark but not used to repairing vending machines. I have an Encore Auto coin operated coffee machine in the office for the staff but it has developed a fault E101. There is a basic manual within but might as well be thrown out. I have contacted the manufactures for a wiring diagram and fault code sheet but they will not send it. Are there any approved repair guys out there who might know what this is. there is power to the unit, water is full but the machine just beeps and displays the code. If anyone can help or is a repair agent in the North East, wouldn't mind a heads up please.

This sounds like a service engineer job to me. The manufacturers aren't keen to release informations about their product hence this is theit money they give away.

Cant say anything specific about your encore, but what is it not doing, for example some machines will throw up an error code for a water filter change but this is a cyclic event changing the filter will not clear the code you need to know how to enter the programm on the controller to clear it, find out what the fault actually is may well be a temperature issue probe end in the boiler furred up, stat needing re-set, if it is not progressing beyond switch on may well be a cyclic service event, how new is the machine check it is not under contract or hired

nobody gives out fault codes these days, they are closely guarded secrets as a simple repair means £££££££ and they dont want everybody having a go and maybe bypassing their service centre (and profits)
