What to do after City & Guilds 2365?

After I finish the course, I know I need to complete AM2 and NVQ level 3 to become fully qualified. But how do I get the NVQ part and what exactly is it? Do I have to do another year in college?

The nvq 3 is done on site you dont go to college like you do when you do the 2365, basically you will sign up for the nvq 3 and you will get assigned a assessor who will come on to site and watch you work, they make sure you can do the work that you have got technically qualified in, some people take a few years to pass the nvq where as others take a few months.
