I was going to suggest you look for a CU of the appropriate size but containing only a main switch, but I realised this would not have the appropriate neutral bars. You probably can get an empty casing from Wylex, but it could be a special order from a wholesaler. Does it need to be Wylex though? Wholesalers may stock empty casings, even if only in their own brand.

Be honest the cost of them board with all the components mounted is hardly worth the time installing the bits what you looking at for a 14 way £15.00
having said that i need a front c/w cover for a wylex13 way board got a cracked one on a job
