is anyone else unlucky enough to be inside working during our glorious summer we so deservedly need?
iv been in a greenhouse working in 50+ heat for the last week

On holiday in Arizona I got talking to one of their sparks and asked him how they cope. He told me that every now and again they soak their t shirts in cold water and the evaporation of it helps to keep them cool. I tried it and it works a treat, on some sites I'll soak a rag and put it in my hard hat.
Maybe it's just psychological but........
